Our Story
From one builder to a group of specialists.
Maynard Group was built through hard work, experience, and a belief that good work starts with doing things properly.
Founder David Maynard began his construction career in Toronto in 2001. After building experience in residential construction and detailed finishing, he continued the business in Halifax before moving to New Brunswick in 2012.
Over the years, the work expanded across residential renovations, commercial construction, custom carpentry, tile, accessibility upgrades, Murphy wall bed installations, service work, and project management.
That experience eventually became Maynard Group - a collection of focused companies designed to provide specialized expertise while sharing the same practical standards, construction knowledge, and commitment to clients.
