Specialized companies.
One experienced foundation.
Maynard Group brings together focused companies covering commercial construction, residential property services, adaptive home modifications, Murphy wall bed services, and professional tile and stone installation.
Each company is built around a specific type of expertise, while the wider group provides the construction knowledge, field experience, communication standards, and practical support behind every project.
Built from experience. Structured for specialization.
Maynard Group was built from more than 25 years of real construction experience, hard work, lessons learned, and a deep respect for doing things properly.
Founded by David Maynard, the company's roots go back to 2001, when David started his own construction business in Toronto. After building a reputation there, he moved to Halifax in 2006 and rebuilt the business in a new province. In 2012, he moved to New Brunswick, where the company continued to grow and serve clients across New Brunswick and beyond.
Over the years, that experience has included residential renovations, commercial projects, custom carpentry, tile work, accessibility upgrades, Murphy wall bed installations, service work, and project management. That hands-on experience is the foundation of Maynard Group today.
In 2024, the business evolved into Maynard Group, bringing several specialized services together under one trusted company. Instead of asking one construction business to do everything, the group is organized around focused companies, each with its own purpose and area of expertise.
Across the group, the same principles remain important: honesty, reliability, fairness, skilled workmanship, practical problem-solving, and respect for the client's home, property, or business.
